Banner Page Not Found
Q. I cannot get to the Banner Home Page; my browser tells me the page cannot be found. [View screenshot]
Suggestion 1. Try to refresh the page by going to the View menu and select Refresh, or click on the Refresh button in the toolbar (IE). [View screenshot]
Suggestion 2. If you are behind a non-FSU network firewall that is blocking access to non-standard ports, you will not be able to to access Banner. Example: Work station on Fort Bragg or in the Cumberland County School system.
Suggestion 3. If you have one of the following Operating Systems:
- MS Windows 2000 Professional Edition
- MS Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Developer Edition
- MS Windows 98 Second Edition
- MS Windows 98 Standard Edition
- MS Windows 95 |
the connection may fail due to Banner's strong encryption and secure connection.
